Legionella in Healthcare Facilities, Long-Term Care and Offices
ESMCorp is experienced in sampling for Legionella bacteria, free chlorine and delivery temperature in water systems in healthcare facilities following outbreaks of Legionnaires disease among occupants under guidelines by the ASHRAE, NJ Department of Health, CDC, OSHA, NIOSH and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).Â
We work with building staff, infection control officers to conduct the assessments of Legionella in biofilm, piping, hot water heaters, hot water lines, shower heads, hot tubs, and decorative fountains in State and County Buildings, offices and homes. We can also assist with your Legionella Water Management Plans in Healthcare facilities and Legionella treatment and remediation.
